The Hawai'i Space Grant Consortium held an eventful social for UH Manoa participants in the URI Program on March 28, 2025. Students were given a chance to interact, share progress on their space grant projects, and expand their social circles in a more informal setting.

This Student Experience Exchange, or SEE, social event encouraged participants to spend time together outside of their usual research routines while still reflecting on the work they had been doing across the program.

The gathering emphasized that research communities grow stronger when students have room to connect, exchange experiences, and build relationships across projects.

By design, the event created a space where students could talk about their progress, learn more about one another's work, and strengthen the sense of community that supports the broader URI program.
