“Satellite built by UH students headed to space”
Former HSGC Fellow and UH Mechanical Engineering student Windell Jones has a world of experience with small satellites. Now a graduate student in Engineering at UH Mānoa, Windell is continuing as a UH Small Satellite Program team member. Two UH News posts feature the team’s satellite and its successful launch on November 19, 2013 from NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility. Read and watch “Satellite built by UH students headed to space” and “Blast off! UH student-built satellite deployed.” Congratulations to the team.
