2010 Breakthrough Innovation Challenge 1st Place Winners

The Pacific Asian Center for Entrepreneurship (PACE) Breakthrough Innovation Challenge for 2010 has been won by a UH student engineering team including Space Grant Master’s Apprentice, Zachary Lee-Ho. Their winning idea is called FlyCopter, a tool for education and research based on a small flying multi-rotor platform. Team members are: Jeremy Chan, Elizabeth Gregory, Zachary Lee-Ho, Michael Menendez, Miguel Nunes, Reid Yamua (all also involved with the Hawaii Space Flight Laboratory), and David Hummer.
